We will cover the cost of return if you received the wrong item or a defective one, in all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.

If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been delivered these will need to be returned first.

If you decide to cancel your order after the items have been dispatched and/or received, you have a duty to take reasonable care of the OTE Sports products and to return them to us. Any items not returned or received without reasonable care will be liable to claim for damage compensation.

In the event you are not satisfed with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

In the current circumstances, we expect orders to be delivered within 5 business days. Please also keep in mind that if you choose this option, our carriers can only deliver between Monday - Friday. We aim to deliver our products within 5 days of order confrmation and this will be delivered by one of our nominated couriers. We ensure your product is dispatched within the timeframe of the courier and we cannot take responsibility for any delays that are outside our control. Please note we cannot issue refunds on any parcels that have not arrived until the courier has declared the parcel lost. Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on official holidays, will be processed the next working day
